Some companies have a workhorse. DestrierOS is being built as the War Horse.
DestrierOS
DestrierOS is a multi-tenant operations platform for field-service teams that are trying to get scheduling, customer work, fleet visibility, training, compliance, and reporting out of disconnected tools.
The product started from an operator problem: real work was being split across paperwork apps, spreadsheets, policies, and systems that did not talk to each other. DestrierOS is the system I wish we had: one operating picture where the handoffs finally hold.
Overview
DestrierOS connects customer relations, GPS and locations, workforce scheduling, human resources, employee self-service, forms, learning, reporting, and admin controls. The goal is not to stack unrelated modules beside each other. The goal is to let work begin in one place and remain visible across the rest of the operation.
Scheduling is the first pressure point for many teams: double bookings, crews assigned without the right skills, and job details getting lost between office and field. DestrierOS addresses that wedge, then connects the records, permissions, training, compliance, and reporting behind it.
What it brings together
Customer work
CRM tools for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks, quotes, documents, and schedule launch actions tied back to customer records.
Field visibility
GPS and location workflows for maps, devices, drivers, assets, maintenance, geofences, browser tracking, and telematics foundations.
Workforce scheduling
Employees, shifts, jobs, meetings, company hours, conflict intelligence, dispatch assist, auto-schedule recommendations, and crew changes.
People operations
HR records, onboarding, offboarding, leave, policy acknowledgements, employee self-service, manager queues, and compliance tracking.
Forms and learning
Secure forms, packet workflows, encrypted sensitive fields, training materials, quizzes, certifications, learner progress, and recertification alerts.
Reporting and control
Company-scoped permissions, saved report views, alerts, audit trails, workflow automation, and reporting across CRM, fleet, workforce, forms, and learning.
Current status
DestrierOS is a live platform with real product depth across CRM, fleet, workforce, HR, forms, learning, permissions, and reporting. It is built for multiple companies to operate in the same system while only seeing their own data.
- Live foundation: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase Auth, Postgres, Row-Level Security, Storage, and Mapbox.
- Security model: Company-scoped data isolation with role-based and module-level access controls.
- Operational depth: Connected CRM, fleet, EMS scheduling, HR, forms, LMS, reports, alerts, audit trails, and workflow automation.
- Hardware path: Telematics work is moving beyond browser check-ins toward vehicle-grade telemetry, with a Teltonika integration path underway.
Roadmap direction
The roadmap is focused on turning DestrierOS into a fuller end-to-end operating system: communications, inventory and purchasing, work orders, mobile field workflows, compliance audits, accounting, payroll integration, contract lifecycle management, and advanced analytics.
The through-line is practical: field teams should be able to create, schedule, execute, document, report on, and improve work without stitching together half a dozen systems.
Role & responsibilities
