Below you’ll find the support information, privacy policy, and terms of use for the Recovery Companion mobile app by Schardt Industries. These policies apply to all users of the app on both iOS and Android.

Privacy Policy
Recovery Companion is designed to be a supportive space, and protecting your data is a priority. The app collects only the information required to provide core features, such as meeting search, sobriety tracking, optional profiles, and community interactions.
- Personal information: Email and optional profile details are stored securely in Supabase.
- Meeting data: Public meeting information is aggregated from external sources and does not include personal data.
- Sobriety tracking: Sobriety dates and relapse logs are stored privately and never shared unless you choose to share them.
- Community posts: Posts and replies in the “Ask” section are visible to other users but tied only to your chosen profile name.
- Analytics: Minimal usage data may be collected to improve reliability and app experience.
- Data sharing: No personal data is ever sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
Terms of Use
By using Recovery Companion, you agree to the following terms:
- The app is not a substitute for professional treatment. It is a support tool, not medical care.
- You are responsible for your account and activity within the app.
- Community interactions must remain respectful. Harassment, hateful content, or harmful behavior is not permitted.
- Content moderation: Schardt Industries may remove abusive or harmful content to maintain a safe environment.
- Data retention: We may retain anonymized, non-personal data for improving the application.
- Feature availability: Features may evolve or change over time as the app continues to grow.
Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of these terms.
